Advantages

No Advantages, the battery did not work or charged.

Disadvantages

I received the battery very quickly, however it did not work. I did send an e-mail to the provider Monday 8 November 2021, after I received the battery, however it is Friday today, no response from the provider. My E-Mail: Good afternoon Thank you for the item and the delivery: Your Shipment #23000000961 for Order #23000011342. There seems to be a problem with the battery. I replaced the old dead battery with the new battery, however my laptop does not switch on at all, even with the power supply connected or disconnected. I try to follow the instructions to have it drained to 2% before recharge, but as mentioned, the laptop does not switch on, even after I had the new battery charge for 30 minutes. The charging light flashes, but that is all. I plugged in the old dead battery in again and it turns the laptop on immediately, when switched on. Then I tried the new battery again, no action, laptop does not switch on. Could you kindly advise the way forward please?
