Sign into your account using the username and password you created when placing the order

Navigate to Return

Navigate to "My Returns" on your dashboard and select the second "My Returns"

New Return

Click on "Request New RMA"

Order to return

Select the order you wish to launch a return for and complete all the fields

Return request sent

Once the RMA is received we will be in touch

Cash refund

For all Returns for which the customer needs a cash refund, once the RMA is approved, the funds will be transferred into your PayCheap wallet.

Refund options

The customer is then required to request a payout into their account from the wallet or the funds can be used to make purchases from the website.
